With over 25 years of experience in education—as a classroom teacher, principal, and leader at both district and state levels—she brings a deep understanding of what it takes to thrive in today’s learning environments. She is passionate about helping teachers, school leaders, and students find their own paths to success. She believes the road to achievement begins with intentional preparation, and is committed to supporting others through that journey. As a dedicated educational professional and lifelong learner, she strives to inspire growth, equity, and excellence in every setting.

At MBanks Consulting, our team is made up of experienced educators, coaches, and systems-thinkers who know early childhood work from the inside out—because we’ve lived it. We’ve been in classrooms, sat at leadership tables, navigated compliance, and wrestled with data that actually needs to make sense.

We don’t do surface-level support or “sit-and-get” trainings. We roll up our sleeves, partner closely with leaders and teaching teams, and help programs build coherent systems that stick—across curriculum, assessment, coaching, and family engagement.
