Classroom Management for Early Childhood

This professional development program helps early childhood educators create calm, safe, and engaging learning environments through clear expectations, predictable routines, and responsive guidance. Participants will learn to establish simple, positively stated rules; teach procedures with visual supports and modeling; use rituals to build community; and respond to behavior as communication. The program also covers specific praise, natural consequences, environmental design, and consistent family partnerships. By the end, educators will be able to build and sustain a classroom management approach that supports young children’s development, belonging, and learning.
