Pre Services

Pre-service professional development equips educators with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need before the classroom door opens. In early childhood education, intentional preparation translates directly into stronger teaching, higher quality programs, and better outcomes for children setting everyone up for success from day one.

Grant Readiness & Strategy

MBC's Grant Strategy & Readiness Services help ECE organizations build the capacity to pursue and manage funding, not just apply for it. From strategy to alignment to readiness, we take the overwhelm out of the process so you can lead with clarity and confidence without running on empty.

Coaching & Leadership

Coaching and leadership development strengthens the skills, confidence, and decision-making of ECE educators and leaders at every level. Through intentional, ongoing support, MBC helps build the leadership capacity needed to drive meaningful change, sustain program quality, and create a culture where both educators and children can thrive.

Curriculum Support/Training

This involves providing teachers with the necessary tools, resources, and professional development opportunities to enhance their understanding of the curriculum and improve instructional practices.
